Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Andy brings the chill to the thrill of pediatric dentistry. With hands as steady as his heart is kind, he’s a master of turning nervous wiggles into happy giggles. A true believer in the magic of connection, Dr. Andy makes every kid feel like the only kid in the galaxy. Whether he’s fixing teeth or trading dad jokes, he’s all in—one high five at a time.
Dr. A (as we love to call him) is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and hails from Miami, FL. As a first-generation American born to a Cuban immigrant family, we are thrilled he brings his mad bilingual skills to KCUPD.
After he graduated from University of Central Florida with his bachelor’s degree, he went on to get his Master’s in Biomedical Science at Barry University. After his pit stop in Miami, he traversed the great state of Florida to head to UF College of Dentistry, where he went to dental school, as well as completing his post doctoral-residency in pediatrics. He graduated with highest honors in each of his endeavors, as well as doing super sciencey stuff like being a published research author (guys…he’s cool AND smart).
When not at the office, you’ll find Dr. A chilling with his friends and fam, walking his most excellent Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Bruce, or checking out a plethora of our amazing Sarasota restaurants.
We are beyond thrilled we were able to recruit such an amazing human to join our little slice of pie on Miami Avenue. We chose him. And we think you and your kids will choose him too.
